Raspberry PI

The Raspberry Pi is a brilliant little computer which is not much bigger than a credit card. It comes as a bare circuit board and is quite an impresive little machine. There is a whole market of accessories and cases to suit.

On our Raspberry Pi we run the RISC OS operating system which is the one that was used in Acorn's Archimedes, Risc PC and A7000 computers. Ours is mounted inside our PC and switches on at the same time as the main computer.

The Raspberry Pi is connected to the main PC with a network cable which allows access to our large hard drives and the internet.
